Water supply is being franchised with Metropolitan Cebu Water District (MCWD). Maryville Subdivision has two (2) Water Tanks. One tank has a capacity of 67 cu.m. (67,000 liters or 17,725 gals) and the other can accommodate 39 cu.m. (39,000 liters or 10,317 gals.) There are three (3) existing deep wells with two pumps at 3 hp each and one pump at 1.5 hp.
Homeowners are charged per cubic meter of water consumed with the following rates:
• 1st 30 cu.m. – P10.00 per cu.m.
• In excess of 30 cu.m. – P25.00 per cu.m
