   The main access is thru Talamban, Cebu City. Another gate is located at the side of North General Hospital along Barangay San Jose. There are guardhouses in both the main entrance and the back gate.

   Lot sizes range from 180-352 square meters.
5. HOW MUCH IS THE INVESTMENT PER SQUARE METER?
   The current investment rate is P12,000 per square meter of lot (subject to change w/o prior notice)

TECHNICAL

1. Water System?
   Water supply is being franchised with Metropolitan Cebu Water District (MCWD). Maryville Subdivision has two (2) Water Tanks.  One tank has a capacity of 67 cu.m. (67,000 liters or 17,725 gals) and the other can accommodate 39 cu.m. (39,000 liters or 10,317 gals.) There are three (3) existing deep wells with two pumps at 3 hp each and one pump at 1.5 hp.
   
   Homeowners are charged per cubic meter of water consumed with the following rates:
• 1st 30 cu.m. – P10.00 per cu.m.
• In excess of 30 cu.m. – P25.00 per cu.m

1. Utilities & Facilities
• Electricity is provided by the Visayan Electric Company (VECO) – Cebu. Telephone connections are provided by PLDT & Globelines Innove. Skycable and Dream TV provide cable connections.
• Required minimum value of houses to be constructed?
  One (1) residential house of strong materials costing at least P1,000,000.00
• Maximum building height allowed and the easement requirements?
  Houses can be built up to Two (2) Storey high. Setbacks are 3 meters at the front and 2 meters at the side and at the back.
2. Other restrictions?
• Lot shall be used for residential purposes only.
• Only one (1) single house may be constructed in a single lot.

DOCUMENTATION

1. Do all lots have clean Titles?
   Yes. Agro-Macro does not sell lots that are untitled.  The company guarantees that all titles are free from liens and encumbrances.
2. How long will the processing of individual titles and tax declarations take?
   Upon full payment and complete documentation, it will take approximately 6 months to transfer the titles and tax declaration to buyer’s name.
3. When can I build my house in Maryville Subdivision?
   Construction of residential houses may commence upon full payment of the lot and all expenses required for the transfer of documents to buyer’s name.

Construction Bond / Refundable Clean-up Deposit is Php 50,000.
Road and Facilities Maintenance Fee is Php 5,000.

1. How much is the Homeowner’s dues?
   First Time Homeowners’ Membership Fee is at Php 3,000.

Monthly Membership Fee is at Php 250 per month.
