FINANCING
Phase 1
- Reservation Fee?
A Reservation Fee of P5,000.00 is required to place on hold one lot. Said amount is good for 30 days only and will form part of the Contract Price if the transaction pursues. However, this reservation is non-refundable in case of cancelation.
- Accept Bank Loan?
Yes.
- Can I choose any bank to serve my financing?
Agro-Macro Dev’t. Corp. has accreditation arrangements with BPI, Chinabank, Metrobank, PS Bank, City Savings Bank, RCBC and other banks. The Buyer has the option to transact with any bank of his choice. A Letter of Undertaking / Guarantee from the bank is required within 60 days prior to transfer of document.
- Other Financing Schemes?
Flexible Payment Schemes are available for In-House Financing. Clients are to issue post-dated checks for the remaining payment period. Following are the payment schemes:
- SCHEME 1:
The amount equivalent to 30% Downpayment is paid outright. The remaining 70% balance may be paid in 1, 2 or 3 years subject to 12.50%, 12.75% or 12.75% interest rate per annum, respectively.
- SCHEME 2:
The amount equivalent to 24% Downpayment is stretched over a Twelve (12) month period at 12.50% interest. The remaining 76% balance is payable in 1, 2 or 3 years subject to 12.75%, 12.75% and 13.00% interest rate per annum, respectively.
Cients may also avail of loan thru PAG-IBIG Fund. The terms may go as high as 30
years to pay depending on the assessment of PAG-IBIG.

Phase 2
- Reservation Fee
A Reservation Fee of P15,000.00 is required to place on hold one house and lot unit. The Fee forms part of the Processing Fee. Said amount is good for 30 days only and will form part of the Contract Price if the transaction pursues. However, this reservation is non-refundable in case of cancelation.
- Processing Fee
For Inner Units, a Processing Fee of Php70,750.00 is required. This can be paid in three months or six months without interest. This can also be paid in 1 year at 18% interest.
For End Units, a Processing Fee of Php72,250.00 is required. This can be paid in three months or six months without interest. This can also be paid in 1 year at 18% interest.
- Pag-ibig Financing
Pag-ibig Fund can accommodate the financing of the project. Buyers may pay for the house and lot units for as long as 30 years.

* Contract price is exclusive of electric & water meter installation fees which are to the account of the buyer.
* Take-out charges / deductions should be paid to the developer upon take-out prior to move-in (this includes one month advance amortization, MRI and fire insurance premiums & other loan deductions)

* Confirmation fee & monthly cash-out balance payments should be issued with post-dated checks (PDCs) within 15 days from date of reservation.
* 24 months Pag-ibig monthly amortizations should be issued with PDC’s upon advice of the developer.
* All payments should be made payable to MARAG-ING REALTY & DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (MRDC), developer of the houses.

Do all your lots have clean Titles?
Yes. All lots are covered with titles ready for transfer, issued by the Registry of Deeds for the Municipality of Carcar.

How long will the processing of individual titles and tax declarations take?
With complete documents and full payment, it will take approximately 2-3 months to transfer titles to the buyer's name.
- When can I build my home in Dancing Sun Subdivision?
Full payment is required before you can start building your home.
